Have you been to Kauai, and if so what was your favorite place?
@stevew39565 жыл бұрын
I visited in 2000. My favorite place was definitely Waimea Canyon (is it also known as the "Grand Canyon" of the Pacific?). I'll never forget it. I have some pretty good pictures of the Napali Coastline, though not from the great vantage point of a boat.

I lived in Kauai for a year my favourite places were Kalalau Valley, Alakai Swamp Trail, some of the lesser known Waimea Canyon Trails, walking behind and swimming at Wailua Falls and climbing down to and swimming under the Opaeka'a Falls and exploring the wettest place on earth Mount Waialeale. Most of these adventures were done with local knowledge or were done with local guides. Many, many fond memories snorkeling at Poipu too.🌈😁

I have been watching your videos for some time now, and I have to say, thank you! …for all the public service messages concerning taking care of the planet we live on, and the many varied eco-systems within it. This is the only environment we get, so we all need to take care of it. Thanks for caring and for spreading the word.

Wow I never knew about reef-safe sunscreen. I will definitely look for that the next time I buy sunscreen.
@AliceFordAdventures5 жыл бұрын
Nina Bosken Yes please do. You can also look at the ingredients natural reef safe sunscreen has titanium dioxide and zinc oxide there should be no other ingredient ya than that. Chemical sunscreens are also bad for your skin so if you use a daily face sunscreen check the ingredients on that too
