I'm born and raised here, it really is...I'm grateful for those who truly appreciate its magnificence and beauty. Just be careful, some of those mountain ranges can be dangerous, especially if unmarked or rainy weather. I did 2 hikes recently there Alakai swamp and Nualolo...it is amazing! 6-8 miles though round trips, need to be physically fit at least to do them🙂

Careful out there. I grew up here and have known people who've died, been maimed, and basically gone missing while hiking these trails. Myself with harrowing experiences as well. We stayed with a resident of Kauai for a short while. Very different than a hotel. You sure captured the beauty. I run trails in flatlander country, but would not go near the edges you did. Good show!
