Sirs , This might be a repeat question. I have a long term account in which profit in few of the Large and Mid cap stocks in last one year is in the range of 60-70 percent . I didn't book profit and profit reduced to 20-30 percent. Now the profits are again at a good level. I entered the market post 2020. Stocks are like HDFC, Tata Mot, Cochin Shipyard, Adani, SBi Total PF has reached now 50L from investment of 30L What should I do ? Book profit for maybe 20-30 percent of portfolio or do not touch as it's long term investment. Also don't have much cash to spare for further investments. So should I liquidate some part and hold as cash reserve. My other investments include monthly SIPs to MFs of the order of 30k. Haven't entered BM till now... Your views pls🙏🏻

Sir, great video and learnt a lot. Also,Sawyer Merritt and Rob Maurer, These are the 2 most level headed guys on Tesla. I would want to tell you my story. At one point of time, during Aug 2023, I had almost 22% of my corpus in Tesla. While the stock is up now and touching 200, it looks good. But it is a wild tiger with extremely high beta.All these operators also made me jittery. I also self realized that I am not tuned to so much wild swings. Fortunately sold a portion of Tesla at 230-240 levels. Now it is 7% of my portfolio. My self learning in this process is that I will not take any investment beyond 10%. Besides in US, there are so many exciting opportunities at par with Tesla. Keep doing the great work, sir.

Basant Sir, 65 lakh ka flat pada (33 lakh flat + 32 lakh interest & other expenses) jiski keemat ab 25 lakh hai. Kya karun bech ke equity main daal doon ya phir rent pe chalne doon. Rent after maintenance is 6.5k per month. Kindly advice
