I've used nearly all types and trust me semi automatic washing machine is best if you don't want headache of maintenance and spin vibration issues. Also gearbox of fully automatic washing machine dies after 3-4 years. So go for semi automatic if you are ready to take some extra efforts. Otherwise go for front load washing machine. Don't go for top load washing machine for long term. 😊

Both top load and front load gives same quality washing, even top load washing machine has better bucket capacity and quality. I have used both , so its from my experience. I have not used semi automatic washing machine, so can't comment about that. So, one should choose according to budget and lower maintenance cost.
