In this video, Mr. Kunal Dugar, Instructor, JBS Academy Private Limited talks about how to select the bank for export import business and the aspects to be taken care of i.e. ‘Kaunsi bank mein account khole?’
He begins with the types of banks and further explains in detail about various important aspects to be considered before selecting a bank for opening an account like the core services a customer should look for, loan and overdraft facilities, interest rates and other financial instrument that can help in business development and does bank support in Government scheme and subsidy and time taken to give its benefits to customer. He further talks about another aspect to be considered i.e. ‘Convenience’ which includes considering the distance, specialisation, mobile application, internet banking and digital services. He further talks about importance of the attitude of bank towards the customer and provides many points on the basis of which one can compare various banks at one level that includes points like minimum balance, Forex charges, documentation, LC Charges, etc. He even gives a way through which customer to some extent can know about what kind of services the bank will provide to them and at what speed.
