Perfect example of what I said earlier of how modern construction can blend in with the existing historic look of the surrounding area. When you pointed out the stone-covered handrails @ 12:56 I was reminded of the original light-colored hard tuff and coral rocks used to build Intramuros (before years of tropical weather turned it all black). Unless they paint over the stones, the whole esplanade is going to match Intramuros' original light-colored look. Amazing.

Ang galing talaga ni Sec Acuzar very detail kahit mga railings sa upper deck naka stone. Sana simula na din nila ung Plaza Magallanes para mas gumanda ang view ng esplanade
