One thing I would like to point out. From two cells having equal cost, we just can't pick anyone of our liking. We have to see where we can make maximum allocations and choose that one. Otherwise, the tutorial was good.

At 12:20 while solving TP using least cost method, the number 3 is repeated at two cells i.e (3,2) cell and (3,3) cell. You took (3,3) cell and got the least cost as 2900. I chose (3,2) cell and got the least cost as 2850. Which one is right?.
