Man im so happy ive stumbled upon this video! Its amazing watching a beauty guru showing your actual skin with make up on in hd without any filter so viewers can actually see that makeup doesnt hide our skin texture (not that your skin is horrible or anything) because its only NORMAL AND HUMAN that our skin have texture and that makeup doesnt make them porcelain smooth. Pro tip. Nars foundations are formulated to be applied with a gliding pressure from warm fingers and to be finished off by pressing it in place by the entire palms of the hands, then with either the soft matte concealer or the radiant creamy concealer tapped in with finger tips or with a fluffy concealer brush. Obviously, beauty tools 'work' to apply this foundation just fine, but trust. Once you apply it with your hands you'll immediately get why sponges and brushes with this foundation come in last place compared to warm hands. The finish and final look of this product with warm fingers is LEGENDARY. Don't hesitate to try it, you won't regret it

I never knew this about Nars, but interestingly enough, I used to be a makeup girl at Nordstrom and do my foundation often times in the car before work, using just my fingers to apply my Nars sheer glow foundation and always thought it looked better on the days I forgot my brushes. A light beauty blender to finish and smooth works amazing if you’ve got it handy, especially if working with blemishes or textured skin, pro tip :)

They make reeeaally great complexion products. The biggest secret is the skin care though. It's made for them by Shiseido and they are pheNOMinal together. Nars Skin line is so slept on!

L’Oréal 24hr infallible Pro-Glow! and I’ve been on the fence about my Estée Lauder Double Wear but I think it’s cuz I have a shade I’m not happy with lol.
