This is the current scenario. That’s the thing I want to convey in all my videos. The market is very bad and extremely competitive. Especially requirements like German knowledge and experience in Europe are deciding factors for the first screening. I understand your concern because I myself have gone through the same thing. My suggestion would be keep on trying continuously. It took me four months with a Masters from Germany and a prior experience of 7.5 years.

I have Btech in Computer science and then worked in sales and marketing for 5 years. Now I have admission in Hof university for MBA, I will apply for Ms in CSE also. I want to know what would be better for me to opt MBA or Ms in CSE in terms of finding employment during and afer study there in Germany. I don't have professional work experience in IT domain.

Hello Nirmalya, in terms of number of job openings and salary, I feel CSE and software engineers have a wider area of opportunity. However, I would suggest you to go for MBA because you have a lot of relevant experience which will be very useful when you apply for a part-time/full time job. Companies usually prefer candidates who have relevant experience. If you completely want to shift your career to CSE/software side, then you would have to start trying as a fresher.

Hello! I applied for this university for masters in IT for this winter semester. I have 2.0 gpa when converted to german scale and I dont have any prior work experience rather than 6 months internship as an intern devops engineer. Will that be an issue? And also can you please mention the maximum amount of students for masters in IT.

I think your profile is eligible (only from the info that you have provided). If there are several candidates then they might consider extra factors like work experience, bachelors relevance, ielts score etc. I am not sure about the total seats honestly.

I study IT myself at TH-OWL (as a German) and we had around 30 new Students (2 German, 28 international) during this summer term. In total we are around 60 students currently in each year of IT, so 30 for the winter and 30 for the summer term.

Check with the course requirements. Your course will need matching credits from Bachelors. If you had maths, stats and some computer science subjects, then you should be eligible

Maybe one in ten people will engage in racism. Not so common. But Germans take the language problem very seriously. If you don’t know their language and speak English, you might get some harsh behavior

Try searching accommodation in wg-gesucht.de , immobilienscout24, ebay kleinenziegen. There are some university supplied websites also I guess in the enrollment email. The course is quite good, some modules are tough and takes effort. The university is a Technische Hochschule, so an applied sciences university. Maybe not one of the best universities but quite good standard of education.

Choose your course based on your previous field of study, and accordingly choose your university. Most German cities and even towns have student job opportunities. Technical and nontechnical jobs. So don’t worry, you will definitely find something.

@@kidstimegyan city does not matter. As I said, you must select the university first. There are many universities throughout Germany, not just some specific city. Choose a course and then select which universities teach that course. Automatically you will get an idea in which cities those universities are.

Lemgo and nearby cities like Detmold and Bielefeld have enough job opportunities. Both tech and non tech. You can get enough opportunities. Depends on the job requirements and your skill set.

Its really great in our area. We got the Fraunhofer Institute (as a reasearch facility directly on Campus), bigger Tech Companies in Bielefeld (mainly industrial engineering + software) and really big electrical Engineering Companies that combine all three tech fields (electrical-, software- and industrial engineering) in Detmold (Weidmüller) and Blomberg (Phoenix Contact). There are also smaller companies (~250 million revenue) in Lemgo, Barntrup and a couple of more cities :)
