Seems to me that Kavana should go to South East Asia if he wants to resurrect his career. A lot of the comments seem to indicate that they still love him a lot there! I have more respect for him after watching this. I don't know the full story, but it seems like he was exploited by music industry executives, and then spat out once they'd extracted everything they could.
