Kawa D6 Dash Cam Footage.

Day and Night footage of the affordable Dash cam from Kawa. The camera does record at 1440p but due to the software use for editing and uploading, I was only able to upload it as 1080p. although, the quality of the original footage from the camera was not that far off. honestly it does not seem to record at true 1440p but more like somewhere between 1080p and 1440p. not bad considering that this device retails for less than 48 USD. the audio captured from the camera is really good, as a matter of fact it is great actually. the sound quality is crisp and clear. the reason I have not included the original audio is because there was music playing in the background. if you are thinking about getting this camera I suggest you give it a try. works well with the app.

Good to see Gatlinburg recovered nicely after the fires. Any comments on the Kawa app? BTW: You passed my favorite Waffle House, in Murphy. We eat there about once a month.

The App works great actually. it streams the video right away and you can choose to download it to your phone.

I have 2 GOLUK dash cams that have worked great for my needs. Plane & simple & small. NO need for a all that clutter on my windshield! As of this year the pisser is the GOLUK app is no longer supported on my cell phone. Kind of useless now. Posting my comment just to remind everyone the product is only as good as the supported app. They seem to come & go too often.

I bought the kawa dashcam but I'm not sure what app to use..I connected my camera to my app but nothing is happening after that..shows blue light..am I suppose to press the start button to take video?..

KawaDVR app from either the Google play store or Apple App store.

The camera records automatically after being connected to the power source. You might need to format the sd card by pressing the power button on the camera 3 times.

You will need at least a 64GB micro SD card.

To answer your question precisely, you can record up to 6 hours with just a 64GB card. after that the camera will begin deleting and replacing the oldest video file on the camera.

It only records in either, 1,2 or 3 minute clips. I put together a few clips.
