Hey man, thanks for the great demo! Ive tested the MP11se today and there was one thing that was a little bit wierd to me and i would love to know, if its the same with your MP11se. The side of the keys, white and black, are a little bit rough, like pure wood without any "coating". My "normal" piano doesnt have that, the side of the keys is veeery smooth there, almost like they put a little plastic coating on it. Is this the same with your MP11se, maybe the product I tested was not properly build?
@alfonscortes17113 ай бұрын
Hello, I noticed the same, last week when I tested a brand new MP11se. The side of the keys were a bit rough and with a very very light colour tone. They seemed ‘cheap’ wood. Anyway the feel was awesome. I tested too the MP7se and it was also great, maybe more ‘playable’ and fun for me, but not so real acoustic piano touch. And I liked a lot the better price and far more sounds available. Next week I will test in the same shop the NumaX Piano GT together with the Kawais and make my final choice.
@jdsd_3 ай бұрын
@@alfonscortes1711 Hey, i actually bought the MP11SE 9 month ago and i can tell you, it wont bother you while playing nearly as much as i thought it would. You almost never feel that. Its the best E-Piano i have ever had and probably the best on the market right now. I cann recommend 100% :) There is only one thing you should consider. The MP11SE has a bit of a warmer, less harsh sound on almost all piano settings. So if you play only Jazz or modern pieces (like Bartok etc.) you might not be satisfied with that piano. For that kind of stuff i would reccomend the NORD Grand (and of course if you need more features, like electric sounds, organ etc.). But if you want an E-Piano that feels as close to a real piano as possible, the MP11SE is far better. It has a far better keyboard (better touch, more control and more responsive) and just feels way more like a piano. I had both the MP11Se and the NORD Grand side by side and tested them extensively, and next to the MP11SE the NORD felt like a toy :D (considering only the keys, touch and responsiveness of course). I can recommend the MP11SE 100%. Hope that helps a bit. :)

@@pardonmypiano I understand what you are saying, good headphones have little competition, until now the same thing happened to me, but the piano that I have been using until now is an 18-year-old Clavinova 202 and the direct sound is really bad. However, today I can already contribute something in this regard. I received my piano yesterday afternoon and following the opinion of a professional in an instrument and sound store, instead of the amplifier that you use and taking into account that the piano is going to be used in my house, he recommended some near-field monitors. I tried several brands and finally I decided on an Alpha 50 EVO and I have to say that for me, the sound is spectacular, warm and precise and now I like it much more than my headphones, I am using a Seenheiser HD 599 SE that I hear. Sounds very good. On the other hand, the Piano has impressed me and it is fair to thank your participation in my decision to buy this model, your experienced opinion and listening to many of your magnificent performances helped me to get out of the loop "what digital piano I buy". Now it only remains to practice, practice and practice ... From Toledo, Spain, Thank you so much for your music !!

Can someone who's used both give their opinions on this vs the ES920? Of course this has more options since it's essentially a workstation, but how do they both fare for stage performance and sound quality/hammer action feel?
@TheyBenefit7 ай бұрын
In case, anyone is wondering, they're not even close in terms of sound and feel, but the ES920 is much more portable

Kawai CA 901 has built-in speakers, but this is an upright digital piano, not a stage piano like MP11SE

Life is like a piano. Black keys are pain and white keys are happiness, but we need both to play music

What a nice performance. I guess you began to play early. Some tips of how works your fingers on the keys would be interesting. Keep going.

honestly it is very much inner mind work! Practicing very slowly every day is a great way to improve. Each time you practice only focus on one aspect at a time: dynamics, articulation, tempo, etc . Then put everything together :)

Not the point of this instrument
@effsharp78 ай бұрын
This one is about quality over quantity. It focuses on piano which is the most difficult sound to get right. And you can't have the best sound if the keyboard can't translate what you're putting into it. A laptop and software can give you all the other sounds you want. That's not the point of this instrument though. (as Wes said)
@Am719194 ай бұрын
@@effsharp7for the price of this thing, maybe it should have included more voices, grand piano samples have been fairly easy to recreate for quite some time now, a Roland FP8 has just as good a piano sound as this one does, point being, you can still get a very convincing piano sound for a fraction of the price that this thing costs, considering it doesn't have that many voices for the price

демпферы не должны бухать. когда на фортепиано играют, то демпферы просто дают струнам звучать - дают возможность струнам возбуждаться на резонансных частотах и давать звучать деке. А в цифровом пианино это синтетический, бухающий звук.
