Akuma definitely needs buffing because it's taking him too long to defeat the dictator, unlike in SF2 Turbo where the raging demon caused the dictator to sleep for atleast 2 rounds. Capcom should bring back Akuma saying the famous word "Source!" after finishing the raging demon.
