I ride a Kawasaki ninja 1000sx model year 2021, green and black, which I upgraded to Perormance touring, and I have only good things to say about this motorcycle. It is simply a wonderful bike!

I picked up a 2023 last Saturday. 2.5-hour ride home in shore traffic! I love it so far. It is not snap your arms out of the sockets fast but just a great steady pull at all rPM's. So far nothing but good things to say about it. Love the looks, upright seating (almost upright). For me at 61 years old it is a fantastic bike.

I'm 5"6 and was worried about buying this bike so thank for clearing the height thing up. I can at least touch the ground barely then. Just wanted something more powerful then a 400

I have one...but it needs a few modifications to make it a more comfortable ride. One is handlebar risers for sure. In the US, Murph's Kits makes a very nice set of risers that integrates well with the bike. It does sit a bit high but nowhere near as high as a Ducati Multistrada. If you are worried about getting your leg over, just mount the bike using the footpegs and you'll be golden.

perfect review... how did you feel about the low ground clearance? not too much of a problem if riding solo, I guess...

I am entertained that you use foot/inches to tell us your height, metric for seat height. Which, as a lazy American, does help me 🤣

for someone 5 foot 5 inches tall you can get a lower seat, I thought you were brave Ab to ride such a monster, great review.
@dougiequick12 жыл бұрын
lol seriously? "a monster"?? On nice paved surfaces yet? Now I am a bit in awe of the short statured riding tall heavy motorcycles OFFROAD....then the bikes can truly become rather monsterous!

reduced reach seat would help you out on that think it lowers it by like 10 mm or more about an inch i guess im 5 foot 10 inches and im on the balls of the feet even but no nearly as angled up the reduced seat would help me flat foot it and you too for like 220 thats great price for a seat coming from cruisers

I'm sorry but 200km is NOT ideal touring MC range! I had to convert and it's only 124miles! Granted in most situations that will get one to the next station....maybe...but that is in the US which probably has more gas stations per square mile than practically anywhere else....But then somewhere like India? Damn in some areas I sure dont remember seeing enough reputable gas stations close enough for a 200kmrangeto suffice....granted was quite a while ago. The other thing for real world touring range is there has to be truly available 24/7 fuel available not ones closed parts of the week or the day...300km would begin to sound respectable for a touring (sports or otherwise) motorcycle. I fear manufacturers are so worried about the weight penalty on the spec sheets that they deliberately have sometimes reduced fuel capacity because the market is so ignorant I wish all of the reviews would simply give and compare weights of motorcycles with all fluids but just one single gallon of fuel since I imagine no everyday motorcycle holds less than a gallon...Journalists however I fear just love to sensationalize and well basically lie trying to make a small thing bigger than ever was....like comparing the dry weight on one motorcycle to the wet weight on a fully fueled model with large capacity tank....All it does for me is make me not want to use their reviews ever again...I loathe dishonesty and even white lies when it comes to vehicle reviews ....people think they are being so clever and getting away with it but for many of us all they do is destroy their own credibility

I don't know where you had put your facts when you said all that, there are enough petrol bunks nearly everywhere, only at hill stations or deserts is where you'd want to carry additional fuel, because these are remote places, people still ride/drive there to get a glimpse of the beauty...places like Leh, Ladkah...so stop with the nonsense and think before writing meaningless comments.
