I replaced the TPS sensor since it wasn't within resistance and its still all wack even after I did a throttle sync. What else could it be?

It's hard to diagnose anything online without knowing some details, like year/make/model. What the bike was doing before you decided to fix it. Knowing exact resistance numbers that you got after testing the sensor. I would start there, and drop things like " it's still wack".

I did a valve adjustment, then synced the throttle bodies and installed a quickshifter which I did videos on as well (09 zx6r) After 1k miles running smooth the throttle would chop and cut out an sounded like the throttle bodies were glitching. I thought it was the Actuator sensor. It was cheaper to buy an entire throttle body assembly only $35 and then the F1 light came on code 11. (I found your awesome video) Tore it apart and noticed the Assembly I bought had a damaged sensor. I replaced that sensor and the F1 light was fixed and I figured that answered my problems. Now it idles pulsates dramatically at 2k rpm then back down to 13.5k rpm even after I did a throttle sync which kinda helped and the throttle chops still too

So you bought itb's with a bad tps, then installed it, then got code 11, so you put your original tps on the itb's that you bought for $35? Did I get that right?

I bought a different assembly which ended up not working so I took the old TPS sensor and put it on and the F1 light is gone now but I still have problems

Check for vacuum leaks between itbs and the boots and make sure map sensor is connected and working properly.

Cool I will check out the link. Thanks newer bikes are foreign to me I normally only work on older bikes but I have a few new ones I am looking at and this stuff will help since I really like doing the work myself when I can.

most efi bikes have fi light, it helps to diagnose the problem.
