I have a 2020 teryx 4 800 i did the test im showing 12.4 volts at the battery and my meter is showing OL "open line" when I test the brown and grey wire I've swapped a voltage regulator out and was doing the same thing

Before starting engine check the voltage of the battery then crank it up. It should show more voltage when running. If it doesn’t and you done replace the voltage regulator then the only thing left to do is change the stator. Hope this helps you out. Thanks for watching and be sure to like and subscribe.

I did this test and had 0 ohms swapped rectifier and still isn’t charging.

Hi and thanks for watching. Don’t understand why the test failed. However by replacing the rectifier with a new one most definitely states that your stator is bad. Providing your new rectifier doesn’t have a defect.

When I pull the plug off the rectifier I’m getting 14.3 volts coming into the rectifier
