Great video. It certainly isn't the the most competitive neither does it have the best brakes or suspension but man does it make you feel good and put a massive smile on your face. I'll be doing the full review on the Z H2 2021 in the coming weeks, then have some mods to add such as the Scorpion can and Sprint filter (doing videos for those too). Will be an excellent comparison to the nakeds I have already done videos for.

@dahjo133 жыл бұрын
Close, but not quite. The sound he is hearing is called wastegate flutter. Your only hearing it when he releases the throttle which slams the throttle plate close. However there is still pressurized air inside the intake tract. This pressure has to go somewhere. That’s what wastegates are for. The pressurized air will push open the gate, releasing pressure on a spring. This releasing of pressure past the wastegate causes it to flutter, or open and close rapidly causing the sound. 😀✌️

Weird, in my country, the price difference between this and the MT10 is less than $2000. Not a small amount, but for the value you're getting though... Also initial impression of it... it takes speeds EFFORTLESSLY. It doesn't feel like it struggles, and that makes the ride very comfortable.

What's the price of zh2 in your country ??
@Jmeez694 жыл бұрын
“Feels incredibly stable somehow”. Um yeah it’s not somehow, it’s due to the high quality Showa suspension components. You’re noticing a huge difference in stability versus the mt09 because the mt09 has budget suspension, the ZH2 has proper Showa fully adjustable ans in my opinion Showa is a close runner up to Öhlins. Someone once told me suspension is everything and it really is !
@MrDrakenhoff4 жыл бұрын
I agree! Just to fill in on that the SP model, which I am most familiar with when it comes to the MT09s, have upgraded suspension. I'm not sure if this or the "regular" MT is the one you are refering to? Suspension is definitely a key to everything though! Tnx

Comfort on the Kawasaki Z900 is subjective though. For me the Z900 is cramped and very uncomfortable. I am only 5' 7" and would not own the Kawasaki Z900 because of the high and back foot peg location. Pure misery to ride for any length of time.

In my opinion in terms of look the ZH2 looks like shit compared to the Z 1000. Kawasaki lost the principle of naked bikes. Building fairing around the steering does not make it naked any more apart those visible pipes that made it more worse.

Great video , but to buy Kawasaki Z H2 that don`t sell is a recipe to loos a bunch of money in the aftermarket.I would rather buy a bike that are popular as used and get a good deal on a brand new motorbike every 2 year. Take a trip to Allsupermoto in stavanger and try the new KTM 1290SDR they have a demo bike. I am a Kawasaki Fan and hope for a new Z1000 2021.

ZH2 is Ugly , Heavy & was Outdated even at launch... Substandard suspension / glorified drag bike. This recent trend of 175+bhp super nakeds is a bit silly.

Why is it outdated? Ugly to you , not to everyone else. Suspension is good for the road, not so good for the track.Yes it is really too much for the road but so are all Hyper nakeds and 1000 cc + supersports bikes. But so are Ferrarri's , porsche's etc. You don't have to own one. It's a free life so ride what you want and be happy dude.

@@fyorbane The ZH2 @ 239 kg / 527 pounds - looks & feels like a bloated hamster, girthy & fat... Its basically a Z900, tying to compete in the Hyper nakeds category, for as cheaply as possible!! Just listen to what, Drakenhoff says from 5:21 regarding it's look's... lol 'struggling' to be nice... And he ain't the only one either. Everyone who reviews it says the same thing about its looks, it ain't great & at best subjective. Suspension is cheap bro... Saying " is good for the road" is in & of itself a compromise. 197bhp - brand new Hyper naked in 2020... Why isn't the Suspension fantastic, like the rest of the bikes in its class? Same deal with the breaks, cheap brembos with 'Nissan master cylinder' lol. The stuff that counts, Its all budget parts! The majority of people who buy this bike are fat old dudes in their 50's - having there 4th or 5th midlife crisis. I feel sorry for anyone who owns one, what a waste of money.
