Sounds great! Love how it looks, too. Matches the bike really well.

Hey man, seeing you've owned both motorcycles, I could really use some advice. I've been riding my 2012 ER6N daily through KL traffic for 6 years now and I've been itching to upgrade to something bigger. I'm torn between this 2010 Z1000 and the 2017 Z900 which is slightly more expensive 2nd hand. My height is 166cm so I'm slightly concerned about managing the taller Z1000 in traffic compared to the Z900 which doesn't feel too different from my ER6N. I'm also concerned about the heavier clutch pull of the Z1000 as it doesn't have an S&A clutch like the Z900 and I will be maneuvering through city jams on a daily basis. Also, will I have overheating problems on either bikes riding daily? Practically, I know that the Z900 is a better overall bike because it's lighter and shorter with smoother fuelling, but I think the 2010 Z1000 looks awesome and I'd love the chance to own and ride a supernaked instead of a large capacity mid range bike (which is also more expensive). Having owned both, can you share with me your pros and cons of each bike and advise if I am missing anything else? Thanks a lot!

Buying used bike it's all going to be about condition.. So technically a Z900 being newer should have a better condition unless the Z1 is very well maintained.. Between the 2, I would go with the Z1. I like the old Z1 styling more. I don't really fancy the low seat height of the Z9.. Heat wise they should be the same, and overheating should not occur unless you are really slow traffic then any engine will tend to get hot. The Z1 doesn't have assisted slipper clutch or ABS if I remember correctly. Ask yourself which one are you gonna be more happier with, and go with that.. Jusy make sure the condition is good else may be a headache..

What's the seat height , I think you are comfortable with it.
@thesighbored9 жыл бұрын
It is the standard height, should be roughly seat height (815mm), quoted from MCN website. Yes it is quite comfortable for myself, I am 169 cm.
@Dontmesswithmeplease9 жыл бұрын
I am 167 cm and I was fine with RC390 which has a taller seat so I hope I will be comfortable with this.And one more thing I know you review even the seat height of the bike just make videos reviewing the seat height of different bikes.It is really an important factor.
@thesighbored9 жыл бұрын
Yes this bike has a lower seat height than the RC390. Thanks for the suggestion will keep that in mind, I usually will sit on the bike for reference to others.

Kacau tak kacau bergantung kepada pegawai and juga cara rider berinteraksi dengan pegawai. Kalau hendak kata legal, tukar paip memang kira illegal. Kadang kala pegawai tidak ambil kisah bergantung kepada keadaannya.

A piece of advice, don't rev your bike in idle speed. Grow up.
@thesighbored5 жыл бұрын
A piece of advice, it doesn't hurt the engine if you rev it in a controlled way. Get more info before you start giving pieces of advices. Cheers.
@AmandeepSingh-we1dm5 жыл бұрын
@@thesighbored Engines are designed by manufacturers to rev on load, otherwise spinning engine internals will accelerate gathering rotational and lateral forces at a faster rate...which in turn would cause damage.
