Kawasaki Z900 20,000 Mile Tribute

I’ve had my Z900 since 2017 & I’ve clocked up 30’000 plus miles. I’ve toured with in Europe including Portugal, South of France & Italy with absolutely no issues whatsoever!! Now the thing that gets me is that the Z900 never seems to feature in any motorcycle publications, if they’re are any comparison stories or reviews it’s always the Street Triples, MT09 The GSX750 etc, why not?? It’s a good looking bike that answers everything you ask of it & more, but no not a mention anywhere, the RS may have a mention occasionally here & there but that’s it.

Sad to see the z900 go, but 20,000 miles in 3 years is a lot on a bike. Faithful steed! You'll never forget it.

99.9% reliable- not bad? Had a gs 1200- 99.9% unreliable.

Hi, I have a question. How about corrosion? You said you ride all year round and I'm curious if steel components such as the frame corrode.

No corrosion noted anywhere but I do wash and protect regularly.

ACF50 brushed into all the awkward places or spray on Muc-off motorcycle protectant.
