Built a track car. Bikes out the box are set. No weight distribution. No need to change fuel map. Light as ever. My main thing with cars you can live in it. Bikes bring your camping gear. Change fuel map you have a monster on a bike. All around car is better unless your a lone wolf shy on money. If your strapped for cash buy a bike.

Thanks for this video. Even though you moved on to the Triumph, the simple fact that you put 20k miles on it speaks volumes!

Had mine a year now. Reliving my youth... It's as much fun as any of the big bikes I've had. Same colours as your wife's bike. God dammit she's sexy! (The bike... Not your wife)

I can power wheelie my T7 on first gear and pop the wheel a few inches, but in this case you can't "hold" the bike to much. Clutch up seems a great technique, don't you wear of the clutch plates in this case?

You get lemons in any brand sadly. I've got just shy of 5k on mine (73 Plate) and its been faultless. Ridden long distances and on track. Had other new bikes from various manufacturers and hit issues straight away on some of them. The key part is how you are looked after by the dealership. Hope yours stays good for you as they are mega bikes.

hey Mark, liked the old channel name but then again can't complain, markz900 with a triumph triple makes no sense. with that said, I don't subscribe to any channels, cause of the data privacy and all. with that said every week I come back to your "Bike Revz" for the simple reason you mirror my thoughts and literally my next bike in my mind was the Speed triple, but now I think I'll wait. let me/us know how it goes. cheers.

I Agree..so called triumph technician's don't know wots theses are could be this, could be that......mines in dealers yet again 73 plate with 2,700 miles on it now in with "check engine " & "Transmission Fault......new quick shifter fitted got it back 45 miles later lights back on..back to triumph the bike's are a joke really.....Time to sell and loose thousands

Great video... I had the initial problems with my Speed that Triumph sorted for me. Been 2 years since then and (touch wood) no issues at all. In the bike's defence I've also been monitoring other manufacturers forums and the problems are don't seem to be just Triumph. I think it's down to over-complicated bikes built with cheap parts in factories far far away...

I’ve had my Z900 since 2017 & I’ve clocked up 30’000 plus miles. I’ve toured with in Europe including Portugal, South of France & Italy with absolutely no issues whatsoever!! Now the thing that gets me is that the Z900 never seems to feature in any motorcycle publications, if they’re are any comparison stories or reviews it’s always the Street Triples, MT09 The GSX750 etc, why not?? It’s a good looking bike that answers everything you ask of it & more, but no not a mention anywhere, the RS may have a mention occasionally here & there but that’s it.

I see 125s out about nowadays that from a distance look like something much bigger; it's really only the L-plate that gives it away. It's like they build them so you can slot in a 125cc engine or a 500. I'm sure they don't but it's how it looks. How much mpg do you get out of that with normal (as opposed to hooligan) riding?

Good to see you back on the tube mark awesome vid again. You should call this marks triumph so I know to stop on the vids lol. I keep forgetting you changed the name and scroll past some times without realising. On the subject of tail tidy I've also just fitted the evotech one to my mt09 and yeah I agree it was well expncive. Also the bolts the use are made of bloody cheese. Had to change quite a few on it. Also after one ride in the wet I've made a slight crud catcher that hangs down from the plate to catch some of the crap as it was a right mess. Nice look on your new bike and the new plate too. You'll have to do a reveiw of the bike soon look forward to that one. Ride safe brah!

Thank you so much for your review. I just Purchased the z900 2024. I purchased a tank bag that has magnets and carries everything that I would need for the road. I love the motorcycle. It has the power and Handling that I wanted. And I have two questions for you; where did you get the mirrors And what brand are the tires that you have?

Hey Mark, are your bar end mirrors attached to the balancers in some way? I recently installed bar end mirrors, and they take the place of the balancers. However I noticed that riding for any time more than >40 mins my hands start to feel quite numb. (Could also be from the extra vibrations caused from a fullsystem, but that was installed even prior to the bar ends)

The harpic wouldn't do as much damage if it was washed off with regular car/bike shampoo /foam, I was told by various people in the trade and those that work with metal that steel wool is not good to use on stainless steel as it buries itself in the grain of the metal and over time will causes rust.
