I love the looks of this retro-bike, and love even more that the style evolves from substance in that it's an excellent all-around performer with modern technology. I already ride a C14, but if that weren't the case I would get one of these in a heartbeat.

What Kawazaki did there, was re make the honda hornet 900... But with better suspension and most likely better brakes too... I had 2 900 hornets in my time, always looked for something to replace them, and this bike really does look amazing, as well as capable... I must test ride one.

This is my 1st view of the SE and it doesn’t disappoint, Kawasaki listened to the few criticisms of the RS and addressed them/suspension/brakes. I have a V4 Tuono that would be a wrench to let go, but this SE is very tempting due to my teenage lust for the original Z900. That screen is quite snazzy too👍

I think the screen is great, it’s always function over form with aftermarket screens but that looks good to me. The Givi A210 screen off my other naked is too tight a fit - the fairing bracket screws foul the headlight bucket. That Puig screen seems to have much more clearance.

I like the improvements they made on this bike. I have a 2020 Cafe version and I love it. The SE version is around 14k I think. I picked up mine in 2021 so it was a leftover 2020. I paid 10k for it. I really like the Kawasaki green color scheme on mine. I like the looks of the passenger grab rail on this bike. I think I might add one to mine. But in all reality, the strap is the best thing to hold onto. At least as far as safety goes. If you hang onto it, it works great for hard acceleration and quick stops.

Love the colour and the bike. Had mine for three years now and love it. I notice you have a fairing that looks like the Givi high fairing (they make a few and I had the standard one for a couple of years and it was very good). I bought that high fairing (I think it rises about 365mm from memory) in the hope it would reduce wind pressure on the chest, but found it was rubbish. It reduced the pressure but the wind noise for me (5ft 11inches) was terrible, really harsh and unbearable. Hope you had more luck with it but interested to hear if you didn't. Cheers.
