Yep pads are different, standard 06/07 calipers are made by Tokico , ZZR1400 calipers I have fitted are Nissin .

question, since you changed to the bigger calipers the brake pads had to change also right? I have an 07 zx10r and I think it has other calipers not the factory ones. thanks
