We remember selling those for £5999 did about 30 over Christmas one year while working at George White’s, everyone wanted the red ones. Just don’t see them now

Red? It was only available in Kawasaki green and Phanton Metallic Silver in 2001.

Yes indeed. One of the fastest bikes around. BTW, its not a choke with EFI, its a idle speed controller for cold starts.
