Kay absolutely crushing it in her break down of the Commander’s FA. We are quietly making improvements, I don’t see a Texans type turnaround but 2-3 years from now Washington will be a respected team and it’s been a few decades since we could say that.

Naw we gone be a good team this year bro we fasho having a top 10 defense you can book that now Dan Quinn is an elite defensive minded coach look at our current front 7, Wagner, Luvu and jamin at LB then Armstrong, Allen, Payne and fowler on the Line..who’s running on that? Wagner alone makes this defense that much better..Biggest Question mark is what can the QB do because we’re literally a LT and TE away from having a complete offense 💯 2nd overall pick, 2 2nds and 3 3rds to go with 60 mil in cap space after we just crushed FA its no way we need 2 or 3 years to compete

@@hillsidecris1467 I hope you’re right. I absolutely expect us to be competitive every game. I’m just not elevating my expectations in March for a rebuild, no matter what DQ calls it. If we crush the draft like we did FA it’s going to be hard to expect a massive turnaround. Need some OTs though or the rookie QB is going to have a rough year

The Commanders get their franchise QB in the draft, which with the 2nd overall pick they should be able to get a stud QB, look out. They have some solid vets and a lot of draft capital.

Xavier McKinney is basically a 3 year deal for 14 mil a year. Jacobs is basically a 1 year 12.5 mil deal with 3 option years.

When the Packers signed Woodson it wasn't a big deal. They were pretty much the only team interested. He had a career rebirth once he got there. but it wasn't an earth shaking move. Reggie White was!

Chick-talk. A basic internet search would tell her that GB had a big FA splash in 2019 with Za'Darius Smith, Preston Smith, Billy Turner and Adrian Amos all given multi-years deals to be starters. Those contracts, plus the playing footsie with Rodgers for big money over the subsequent years, would hamstring the Packers ability to play heavily again in FA until this year, and the first chance Gutekunst got, he acted.

Gutti's first year.... and dealing with a girl who had to keep all her old junk around remembering the past instead of working hard to make new memories.... the fact is Arron was a choker who wouldn't take one for the team, had to be the highest paid, overpaying him and his buddies while putting out terrible results in the playoffs.... Gutti has certainly learned from having that brat around to long
