But, I'm confused on the corn part at Buelers...I don't wholesale any of our corn, its only sold at my roadside stand and farmers' markets we attend around Columbus, so it must be another farm with a similar name or something?? I'm very curious now to whom it could be?

That is cool you were able to go right through the dam! Great video. I attempted this earlier this year but took out before the dam. Sad to see the rope swing platform is gone. Thanks for the video Jason.

Yeah, that was the best swing on the mad river that i'm aware of. That dam could be dangerous during higher water...we were fortunate it was down a bit. Thanks!

Absolutely! Glad you were able to come along! I just ate Mexican street corn tonight, it was fabulous again, even though I didn't have any lime...I just added a bit of white wine as a substitute! And I just discovered that I forgot to bring garlic!!! I must have overlooked that part when I read the recipe 😢

Glad to see you guys! Got lucky and seeing the fountain shoot off. I was not that fortunate the following weekend when I went. We did see your guys's camp spot though the big log was still there burnt. It's crazy how much that river changes in just one week from the time you did it to the time I did. Going to go scout Hawking River this weekend for next year. Then we'll I have to do two more trips on the little Miami for him to complete that. He's already completed the Mad River this past Sunday and I completed it the Sunday. Before that I've already completed the little Miami. He's hoping to complete two river systems this year like me. Hope to see you out there sometime. Love your videos and thank you for all your advice. It has been truly helpful

Another great video! Your channel really has me wanting to scratch that itch this fall! My wife an I camped /fished on the Greenbrier River and Tea Creek in WV a couple years ago. Beautiful area, but have bear mace for sure. While making camp on Tea creek, we heard an awful noise at night, just to wake up a massive pile of fresh bear scat just 20 yards from our tent. (8:05) That flower looks like a kind of primrose maybe?

I can't wait to hit the Greenbrier River someday! I've backpacked in bear country in 12 different states so I'm not really too worried about them, I just hang my food bag away from camp and I've never been bothered, but that would certainly be unnerving to hear one near camp at night for sure! Yes, River Raisin has kayaking, it's been suggested to me before, but I prefer more Northern sections further from Detroit, but I would try it out if I'm ever in need of a short trip close to home. Lake Charlevoix would be awesome, as well as Torch Lake!

Thanks! We grow about a half dozen different bicolor varities that are all augmented SH2's (super sweets) we keep our exact variety names a little quiet. It's taken 30 years of trial and error and experimentation to figure out what works best for our farm and what our customers want. The varities are the best of the best....😁

No it’s not the law to wear one but it is to have one with you and readily accessible, but if you’re not confident in your kayaking skills or swimming abilities or in possibly dangerous water then it’s highly recommended to wear it.
