It's so awesome to see you successfully making your name your name in the kayak fishing world. I know it takes alot of work and failure to get where you have gotten. Congtrats on all your successes so far and hope you have many more. Great work you are doing....Success comes from not giving up after all the failures.

what advice would you give someone just looking to start kayak fishing? love the videos too man
@everythingoutdoors31907 жыл бұрын
Get a ten ft or 12 ft kayak from Walmart, doesn't have to be a fishing kayak, and practice a couple of times in a pond or pool or something shallow, once you are comfortable with the stability start learning how to turn sharp, stop quickly, go fast, and practice getting in and out on land and were you can't touch, then practice cast till your comfortable and then start going out on lakes and stuff. After a while you will be comfortable going at night and ocean and other stuff. And always leash your rods. Make sure you check the laws in your area but always were a life jacket, it's to easy to get turned over and hit your head on the kayak coming up. The game wardens say that they never found a dead person with a life jacket on. I'm sure like most people you will love it.

Everything outdoors thanks for the tips! im saving up to get my first kayak right now. ive been using them and YOLO boards for a long time, just never fished from one.

SportFights I've got a Bali 10ss and it's only 200$ at Walmart and it works great for me
@YakFishField7 жыл бұрын
Just get a yak and get out there! The best way to learn is time on the water. Tons of good resources online and on Facebook too, just do a little searching. A local fishing forum is a good place to start, that's where I started.

where do u buy ur rod holders that clamp onto pipes
@dduff40137 жыл бұрын
u have the link for the holder but what about the mount itself
@YakFishField7 жыл бұрын
www.yak-gear.com, under the Railblaza tab. Look for Starports. If you want 'em to mount on the Hobie H-Rails, Hobie carries those.

Hey Robert! I met you at Canoecopia 2017 in Madison.I am in the process of creating my own kayak fishing channel and was wondering if you would check it out and sub? It is called Paul Busse Fishing, but I don't have a vid up so it wont be up right now. Hope to have it up within the next few weeks. I always have enjoyed your vids and Subbed to you. If it is possible, can you give me some video tips for editing a video to be as great as yours are? Thanks!
