Yes, I think it's wise to have both types of pumps on hand. But, I might to with an automatic bilge pump already connected to a battery with 3-way switch.

You don't make it. You either carry it or install it and that doesn't exactly take a background in engineering. Pro tip: sand paper, denatured alcohol, and marine epoxy. If you can't figure it out from there, you've got bigger problems.

Wouldn't it be easier to just tilt the cooler over? Ha-ha. But seriously, if your hull is taking on that much water, I would check the seals on the hatch covers as well as any additional holes drilled into the kayak. Using a fresh water pump in salt water will certainly affect the long-term reliability of the seals, switch, and contacts of the pump....so to depend upon this system in the future is risky. If one has that much water in one's kayak, the battery terminals might also be shorting out. You would be surprised how much fast one can manually pump when your adrenaline is flowing at the sight of a half-filled hull. Thanks for the tips.

I putting a electric pump on my Kilroy I swamped mine hade the water almost out and swamped it again in less then 10 minutes it was my fault both times

Why didn't you show a comparison with the Beckson Hand Pump that you showed at the beginning? Instead you use a junk Chinese hand pump.
