Great video and looked like you both had a great time Hammock camping. I recently purchased the Deep Jungle XL Zip myself. I will have to look at purchasing your under quilt as what a fantastic fit best I have seen. Look forward to watching your next adventure. Oh and hope you ship to the UK. 👍🏻🙏🏻

Thank you so much. Yes the fit of the uq's are quite good (I'm proud to say) I'm actually taking my mom out for an overnighter today... I might shoot a film from this trip as well 🤔 🙂👍

Ha ha ha! Yes I bet it could. We don't really have any dangerous animals here in Denmark, other than a handful of wolfes.. thanks for stopping by. Cheers

@@fimbuloutdoors how could i get one of those Fimbul 1600 for the hennessy 4seasons survivalman xl?
@fimbuloutdoors3 жыл бұрын
@@shadowmmm these days I only make one model - The Twister. It's like the ones we were using in this film. You would have to order one with me and have it shipped over... could be pretty expensive though.

Great video. There's nothing like going out in God's creation and enjoying a relaxing day camping. I got hungry watching this, and that freshly ground coffee looked good as well. I grind my own coffee as well, and enjoy a cappuccino and an espresso every day at home. I have a good espresso machine at home, but I still need to get a system for making a good espresso while camping. You know, a portable grinder and some sort of portable espresso maker. I know there are various systems, but I can't decide which is the best. Any suggestions?
@fimbuloutdoors4 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching. Yes camping like that is a winner. I usually don't do espressos when I'm out camping. I often use a lightweight drip filter, when I'm hiking and weight matters. The only small espresso maker I can think of right now is the Waeco minipresso...

Hi there, which under quilt do you use, I’m getting crazy to find something fit my Hennessy hammock
@fimbuloutdoors4 жыл бұрын
Hi, I use Fimbul Gear Twister underquilts. It's my own brand... fits like a glove 😉
@jespertdk4 жыл бұрын
@fimbuloutdoors4 жыл бұрын

Great video, really enjoyed it. What chairs are those you're using?
@fimbuloutdoors4 жыл бұрын
Thank you very much. Um glad you like it. The chairs are the ones from my Hobie kayak. They have hidden legs underneath to convert them to camp chairs.

Do you sell gear ? I am in South Africa and hammock camping hasn't taken off like in Europe and America so it's hard to get good hammocks and tarps.
@fimbuloutdoors4 жыл бұрын
Thanks for asking. I have been selling a bit on a hobby basis. Primarily underquilts and tarps (custom made), but I don't really make them anymore. (Too much work for the money)
