I have a time share condo in Hot Springs Arkansas that's on Lake Hamilton and I go to for a week every year. That time of year at the same place on the lake about 45 mins before dark they'll be about 50 acres of schooling fish that are blowing up all around you it's a big mixture of largemouth, spotted bass, smallmouth, white bass, stripped bass and hybrids. I've fished lots of lakes and rivers all across America but that's the funnest 45 mins of fishing I do every year... Great video as always keepem coming brother!!!

Morning Justin. Really looking forward to your in-depth review of the trolling motor. I’m ready to pull the trigger based on you’re thoughts, experiences and recommendation. I have a PA14 with an outrigger and 2hp Honda outboard…it’s a fishing machine…I think the trolling motor with spot lock will make it pretty close to perfect. @DEADorALIVEkayaking3 жыл бұрын
Justin, you have pedal kayaks that use both the fin and the propeller systems...do you prefer the speed of the fins, or the instant reverse of the propeller? I mostly fish REALLY skinny water, so a pedal kayak wouldn't even be suitable, but I've often thought that if I acquired a pedal kayak for bigger water, I'd prefer a propeller driven one for the maneuverability of the instant reverse. Your thoughts?
@KayakCatfish3 жыл бұрын
Having instant reverse with the propeller drive is great and the pedaling motion is more comfortable for me. The Hobie fins are better for skinny water and the drive itself is much lighter weight. Both have their pros and cons.

Let me get this straight, the fish in that watershed are so loaded with Mercury, Lead and such that you can’t eat them?
@tagg9463 жыл бұрын
you probably can, but i bet the advisory is like one meal a month. also, smaller, younger fish have less toxins built up in their systems. I wouldnt go anywhere near a fillet from a large catfish thats been swimming and eating for over a decade in that water, but any smaller dinks or bass, crappie, bluegill should be alright every so often, as theyre probably only a couple years old.
