Man what a trip. I took my boys this past weekend and we all caught our pb on rod and reel. I got a 40 pound blue and they got a 15 and 20 pound blue. Drift fishing the way I learned watching your videos, thanks sir

Sorry to hear your getting the sciatica. I deal with it also. This helps me, when you first get up in the morning stretch out your legs while laying down. Do some recline squats. Work your ankles around. Then get up and do some regular squats while holding on to a door casing or counter. Do some waist twists and tie touches. Hope it helps. Bomber cats. Just awesome
