Also, "No, wait, I'll show you," in my experience. _flashing back to friends downhill racing in wheelie bins, jumping off roofs w. umbrellas screaming, "Mary Poppins!", land-surfing on old bonnet-lids pulled behind a 4WD by tow-ropes, & having drunken shovel fights_ Our late teens were lit. Thank G_d we survived.

This brings a lot of memories. In Dominican Republic, when it used to rain hard. We used to chop down plátanos trees and ride them in the overflow river. After all the adrenaline picking up mangoes from the same river came in handy, you could even eat the young crabs crawling in the high grass that tasted like pure sand.

If there was a debris gate at the end of it, at that speed they would be pulped. Makes me think of the NASCAR driver that crashed into the catch fence during qualifying and it ripped the roof off the car and his body scraped against the fence doing over 100mph. The simple chain link fence became a cheese grater at that speed, razor blades, and took his head and hands off completely. It was very gruesome and nightmare inducing for the people unfortunate enough to see it.

Now considering how late it was and that it was 20 degrees I wouldn’t have considered that myself ever but I said wtf and tried it out and it was super fun.
