Kayaking - Muskegon River - Big Rapids - Michigan

Quick float through Big Rapids on a beautiful section of the Muskegon River. We started the float from Northend Riverside Park, and ended at River Bend Bluffs. It took us around 2.5 hours to complete and we paddled a distance of 7.16 miles according to the Alltrails app.

Nice video shooting! People living in Big Rapids used to do tubing down the Muskegon River. But kayaking is better, I think.

Thank you for the comment! We saw lots of evidence of tubers on our float through Big Rapids haha I imagine the college kids love it.. I’m with you though, kayaking is better.
