Really love this Jacques-Cartier river. This river has always been part of my life for as long as I can remember. The Parc de la Jacques-Cartier is literally in my backyard, living only about 50 km from the park. So this episode of Paddle Tales is special for me. A special big THANK YOU for this one.

I spent 2 months there every summer, from 9 to 13. My sister and her friends were park employees. I lived at the reception gate camp, spent all day fishing, hiking, mountain climbing, going on canoe expeditions and being a pest. I have NO idea why they tolerated me and took such great care of me (it was like a big, friendly commune...). But it was the best time of my year, every summer.
