@@jaxbeautifulyou same here! I cannot stand oud or tobacco. If I hear “oud” “tobacco” or “smoky” it’s a big red flag for me😄 But it seems like a lot of people find it pleasant specially for fall/winter. I stick to my amber/floral 😄

I’m working my way through your archives and just received a small Kayali Sweet Diamond Pink Pepper off Mercari. 10/10 for me -from the bottle to the sprayer, performance and juice. Definitely full-bottle worthy!

This was very thorough, thank you! What I've discovered about perfume, after trying samples then purchasing larger sizes and multiple bottles of the same fragrance is that the smell and notes can vary from bottle to bottle. It's no wonder we can all smell something different. Not sure why but this has happened to me with various brands. 2 testers of the same fragrance can smell totally different!

I love Citrus 08! It’s gorgeous. The initial spray is just ok, but the dry down is beautiful. I forgot I sprayed it one day and kept getting the prettiest smell throughout the day and I was like omg that’s this perfume! It’s a black horse for sure. Top it with Vanilla 28 and that’s a whole different league! Beautiful together🧡

This was the most relatable Kayali review video. The amazing this is that all the things you pick up in each fragrance is what I pick up, but my favorites are a little wonky compared to yours. Which I think gets down to just personal preference. Thank you for the thorough review!

I usually love the same perfumes as you but for some reason I can not get myself to like sweet diamond , it has an incense type different smell that I just can't stand. I'm sad I bought it and feel like I wasted alot of money on it! Do you know what the incense smell is so I can avoid it in the future?

Oh no! I’m sorry it didn’t work out for you. My guess is that incense vibe is coming from the saffron and patchouli. Saffron can have a strong almost leathery feel and mixed with the other notes I can see how you get incense. I’m not an expert so this is only speculation, but that’s what I’m leaning towards. Hopefully you can return your bottle or sell it!

I know this is an older video but I just loved it. I’m subscribing because I think we have very similar taste. Sweet Diamond is my favorite and it’s closely followed by Deja Vu. I 100% agree that the vibes from Sweet Diamond are Middle Eastern Princess.

I’m not a fan of the Citrus. I don’t like the way it smells and it gives me an instant headache. I was quite surprised. This is coming from someone that loves grapefruit and other citrus scents.

I can see that. It is very sharp to my nose in the opening. I really disliked it at first but now I love it. What a crazy wild ride this hobby takes us on. Lol 😆

Love your honest impressions! Extra genius to reveal there is no vanilla in vanilla. It does smell straight up brown sugar and tonka . The patchouli ground it, the florals aerate. Neither are detectable otherwise. On me it’s just like vanilla extract 😊

I love Musk 12 . It works for me as I cannot wear strong fragrances at work . Next Deja Vu White flowers smells very close to Flowerbomb which I love too. I can’t wait to try Eden Juicy Apple 🍎 . Great review! Thank you

Might I suggest keeping the name or image of a perfume up while you talk about it? It's kind of hard if we skip around or get distracted for a minute. SDPP and 28 are my faves. Didn't like Utopia, Elixir or Invite.

I bought a few of the 10ml during the Black Friday sale. I bought the invite only by mistake lol!!! I felt that I smelled the honey and tobacco a lot so it seems everyone’s noses pick it up differently! I am trying still to decide if I like it or the sweet diamond. I usually am a rose person and I felt it was too strong. Maybe if I try it more it will grow on me. The burned cherry was my fave of the three I purchased. I will say I have had sensitivities to scents in the past and I think the stronger fragrances may be too much for me!! That isn’t to say they aren’t good I am actually amazed at the punch they have for a small spritz

Kayali has a really great selection. Something for everyone but in my opinion they are all different from each other. I really enjoy the brand and I so think for the most part they are mass appealing.

I think you probably the best at describing fragrances of anyone I have watched. You say it as it is and explain it well. I own Vanilla 28 and have small bottles of Sweet Diamond Pink Pepper and Déjà vu white flower. The later being ranked so high up its on my wish list for Christmas. I adore it. The pink pepper one I am still working with. It’s not what I thought. I think it’s the saffron and rose that is not quite meshing with me. I may grow to love it. That happens a lot to me. I never liked Roses Vanille but it’s my fav in the colder months now. It had a similar vib to this Pink Pepper one.

I've been wearing Citrus 08 a lot since it started getting warmer out. If I had to pick my happiest scents it would be either citrus (any citrus really) or Coconut. I think Citrus is just so bright and it just makes me happy when I wear it. And you've once again suckered me into another blind buy, lol. I just went and ordered the small bottle of the White Flower. It sounds beautiful and you haven't steered me wrong yet so I have high hopes.
