I might be the only person that sits right in the middle with my feelings on Guidance. I don’t love it but I also don’t dislike it. It’s just ok for me. My nose picks up the frankincense and the sandalwood. For me it is a warm woody scent. I don’t get pear or really any other note in it at all 😂

I suggest Profumum Roma Vanitas, For me one of the best Vanilla scents I discovered so far.

Mont Blanc signature is my favorite musk of all time. It is absolutely beautiful. It reminds me of whipped cream. It's so light and beautiful and airy.

I might like you, I didn't like Cruz Del Sur, Erba Pura, Accento (yuk), Iommi was okay-ish. Xerjoff is my favorite house. 70 scents from that house. La Tosca never smelled. Bouquet Ideale (9), Ivory Route (8), Shunkoin (8.5), La Capitale (10), Dolce Amari (9), Starlight (9), Italica (9) - I would take Italica over Starlight. Lira (undecided), Dama Bianca (undecided). Right now Pikoyava Dama is my favorite.

I don’t really like blind buying because if you don’t like the scent then you’re stuck with it and wasted your money, but I do like the element of surprise. At least if u buy from Sephora you can return of you don’t like it. They’re good that way. One time I ordered a “banana” fragrance and I was excited but when I sprayed it on it just smelled like over ripe fruits it was horrible and I had to send a very nice email to the company asking if I could return it. I only got a partial refund. Sooo after having said that, I just blind bought 3 perfumes based on your recommendations, hope I really like them!😊😂 it’s a 50/50 chance.

Sometimes ur reactions talking about a scent is so convincing I’m sure I’m missing out if it’s not in my collection. I pray God gives me a pass for having so many perfumes. 😮

Love so many of the vanillas that you listed. I have Gentle Fluidity Gold, Devotion, Princess, and Bianco Latte in my collection. I love Ani, and I'm dying to get my nose on some of the others that you mentioned (Angelique Noir and Double Vanille, Mahni and Elcat, Happy Dust and now Argos Pour Femme and Satine Vanille due to your vid...) Some other Vanillas in my collection that I love are Queening and Sissa, Babycat, Divine Vanille, Note Vanille, Poets of Berlin, Architect's Club, Commodity Gold.

I really like unusual vanillas I think and to some extent powdery ones too. The Guerlain range has some interesting combinations, I totally understand the love for SDV. I don't think I often reach for vanilla though and I have very few vanilla fragrances. 😊
