TRIPLE SIDE PASS !!! wow
@mindyschocolate14 жыл бұрын
Wow, she made that double layout look like nothing, lol! I love a gymnast who has different tumbling passes. Someone made the comment that routines consist of nothing but double twists and double backs, and I can't help but agree. I can't think of anyone who's done a double layout, or ended with a full in. I also like her leo. :o)

what happened to this girl? she was amazing.

Wow, that's a REAL dismount :D~
@DarkAnGeLl199313 жыл бұрын
I can tell that she's also a dancer judging how she props her hands. She keeps her fingers almost at blades. And she's simply amazing as well. =)

To all wondering about the low score: it's because she has no front tumbling pass, which doesn't give her all the composition requirements in her routine. Otherwise it would be a very high score.
@connor39837 жыл бұрын
I think the side semi is considered a front element

jjgould94 the side somi gave her that requirement. This is the 2009-12 code of points

The low score is cause is the year after the Olympics, scores are always low the year after
@searanch3214 жыл бұрын
@mindyschocolate Kim Zmeskal opened with a whip through to double layout and then did a piked full-in as her last pass back in the '92 Olympic Trials. Kerri Strug also performed a DLO and then a full-in dismount from 93-96. Unless of course you are talking about recent gymnasts. Not many do that kind of tumbling anymore. :-(

Agreed I her difficulty could have been really low ??

great double layout!!!
@sqekcx14 жыл бұрын
yeah I miss seeing dismounts like this one. It's all double pikes, 2.5 twists or doulbe tucks. Where are the full ins and triple twists? I know Jessica Gil Ortiz does a piked full in, but that's the only one.

@NastiaCarlyFan I think if Nastia can come back as good as she was then she'll easily be selected for 2012. But, imo, with Jordyn being more of an All-arounder it's more likely that Marta will choose her, as well as Kayla, they're both phenomenal.
@mo0rrisz14 жыл бұрын
what's the music?
@marieked13 жыл бұрын
@kgora197 it's a butterfly jump or twist.

It was 2009 and they had a new code. If you notice, in 2009 they were really harsh to all gymnasts. But in 2010, they kinda held off a little bit.

@Elemarth like what GraceEleganceDestiny said she has retired due to a torn ligiment in her foot

Yes, I know they were and still are being harsh, but not to all gymnasts. She was really underscored in this routine, there

WHAT WAS THE Start value for this? Was she missing high scoring dance spins? her tumbling was very difficult. So she is a no go tho for 2012? why?
@RagingBearMeme14 жыл бұрын
Yes, obviously she has to work on her splits. But obviously her tumbling is phenomenal.

Maybe 2010 Worlds. Going from Level-10 to World Championships in one year would be pretty remarkable. I think she'll get nailed on the international scene for poor form and lack of flex (like Natasha Kelley)

I feel like the clapping would take away from how dramatic this routine is.

@willsbob12315 жыл бұрын
I think she needs a lot more work on her choreography. Especially her split leaps, they are really not acceptable. But, her tumbling is good, she just needs to stick her passes!
@LCAmarkymark13 жыл бұрын
@Gr33nkiwi lol nice..I guess I though she made up for it in her dance..which most gymnast these days try and fake or don't even attempt.

@Dancing2413 жыл бұрын
great tumbling, but terrible choreo,
@nicksline12 жыл бұрын
She really shouldn't have used that music. If a gymnast in the past (Lyssenko) has used that music and made it special already, it will only remind people of how great that routine was and not how good this one is.
@aidlum13 жыл бұрын
she is amazing at tumbling, but the dance was not good especially that aerial
