I was a hairdresser in the late 90s early 2000s and I have trauma from doing these blowouts until my arms felt like they were going to fall off. I swore I’d never do it on my own hair because it was too much damn work and no one’s paying me to do my own hair. But this makes me really nostalgic for that look. Maybe I’ll try this next time I need to look nice.

Now, I do these so fast with my Dyson Air wrap. Worth every penny. I miss Redken's GUTS 10 mousse, but Kenra makes a good one. Then I use IGK Spirulina Spray, use the airwrap big wand, then wrap it it a velcro roller. Wait 20 min to cool, and the spray helps the hair come out bouncy and soft. This girl has gorgeous hair. Omggg thank you sm!!! It's crazy, you've been my hair and beauty idol for almost a whole year now. I got your haircut a few months ago and since then I've finally perfected my own version of a 90's inspired hair look, and I'm so happy about it. It involves a straightener and round brush, I don't have the patience for blowdryers or rollers yet. I've also been using rosemary oil for about 6 months now, and I feel as though it's been helping. There's countless other tips and methods I've incorporated into my beauty routines from your videos that have made such a huge difference. I used to struggle a lot with shoulder/back acne, greasy roots+dry ends, flat hair, etc. But since finding your channel it's all improved tremendously. ( I know you didn't ask for this but as for someone who uses to wash their hair every 3 day then it getting dirty after 2 to 3 days this helps for me at least but I hope some of this will help you to) Use special shampoo, I use nature box avocado, some shampoos have products in it that will make it get oily faster and that are not goid for your hair ( recommend watching a video about it) , shampoo twice and conditioner only at the ends and use those head massage brushes in the shower, after you style or air dry it , try not to touch it to much your hands are oily and it will oil up your hair much faster , if you need to put it up use a hairclaw clip whatever you call it so your hair can breath still without being tied up. That's how I got from washing my hair every 3 days to once a week, you do have to train your hair into getting used to Not Washing every so day it will take time but it works , I now wash my hair every Sunday and style it then leave it alone mostly, also get your ends trimmed ones in a while it will really help getting your hair healthy.

I went to sleep like this. Safe to say that having rollers all around your head is NOT comfortable at all. I tried sleeping regularly on my pillow, and ended up switching to a small pillow so it wouldn’t push the rollers and would only support my head. I don’t think I slept at all. I’ve never had so many rollers all around my head, and take my word to never sleep the way I did. Anyways, the result was. V O L U M E. My hair is naturally flat, so I’m not used to so much volume. This tutorial definitely helped. It was my first time giving myself a blowout with a round brush, this video was exactly what I needed. It gave steps for the whole process and I’m grateful for that. Amazing video❤ never going to sleep with rollers ALL around my head again!

You might not know but there is a trick about that brush of yours. If you try to stick out that little seemingly design piece from the bottom you can use that stick to unstuck your hair in case it gets stuck in the brush or you can put it back the other way around if you wanna use that brush for sectioning too .

Yup, I know that "sign language" very well 😁 It's the Charlie's Angels Jaclyn Smith and Farrah Fawcett hair style, which are my favorites too. I've never grown tired of them because they're simply gorgeous - even 40+ years later, my hair is still up for it ✨😊
