As someone who has PMDD its sounds like you should definitely look into it. Finding the right doctor is key to getting treatment for PMDD or endometriosis. Make sure you get a doctor that is willing to work with your therapist to make sure you get a full Body approach treatment.

Can I just say when I saw the clip of you driving I was like yessss girl because I also have driving anxiety that I’ve been slowly over coming. So freaking happy for you! I am 26 and have had my driver’s license since I was 18 only for emergency purposes. I have many anxiety disorders as well and have been to therapy and can’t figure out where it comes from but I push myself, it’s not easy but I look forward to your future video about your driving experience.

I suffer from depression, anxiety. And panic disorder and I for one love when you talk about it because then I feel like I am not alone. People that don’t go through it will never understand and never will and the people who suffer get it and appreciate you putting it out there so we know we are not alone out there. Oh and yes the driving thing is a real thing. Hate it. I only do it when I have to because of my panic attacks. People will hate on it because they don’t have it and can not understand it so they have to hate on it and judge I feel. But you are helping the ones that are suffering though it. Trust me and thank you. ❤❤❤❤

I didn't get diagnosed with ADHD until I was almost 30. I see a lot of my symtoms and behavioral patterns in you, and I highly recommend getting evaluated, especially if a doctor has mentioned you may have it. A lot of the times the anxiety and depression can be a result of ADHD and treating the ADHD can relieve a lot of that anxiety and depression. Im also scared of the doctor and making appointments gives me intense anxiety so i understand putting it off but i promise you will be so relieved when you have answers for why you feel the way you do. Love your content and I hope you feel better ❤

Just an FYI as a Starbucks barista, you can technically get a salted caramel mocha all year round (as long as they have toffee nut syrup. I’m in Canada so not sure if the US is different). You just have to order a mocha with toffee nut syrup and add caramel drizzle. The only thing that would be missing is the salt topping but everything else is the same. ❤

Fellow emetophobe here 🙋🏻‍♀️ The thing with anxiety is it has no discrimination, it does not care how much money you have or don’t have. How successful you are. What you look like. It can still take you over! You are so amazing for doing what you can to overcome it! Great job girl! 🖤🖤

It literally took me until a month ago to realize my chronic stomach pain as a kid that we could never diagnose, that got me taken out of school constantly, was most likely due to anxiety. Like I have anxiety diagnosis's now but it's crazy to realize I have always had it and it's always effected how I live my life (or don't live it due to the anxiety). Never stop talking about yourself, its comforting and relatable

I'm 21 and still don't have a driver license. People in my life have been asking me CONSTANTLY why I don't have a driver license yet, that it's important because it makes you more "independent", they tell me that if I don't get it now, I'll never get it. And I'm just so tired of all of this. I'm scared of driving, the thought makes me want to literally vomit and I personally wouldn't want to have a panick attack while driving. It's so exhausting. But I'm so happy for you, knowing that there are other people like me that feel the same way makes me feel so much better. ♡

How am I just discovering you?! The whole getting frustrated that people think anxiety is “trendy” or to get views. It is the most unglamorous, untrendiest (not a word), uncutest (also not a word) thing in the world. Panic disorder/anxiety disorders in general I wouldn’t wish upon my worst enemy. Thank you for speaking your mind because I think my jaw dropped when you started talking about it (in a good way). I can relate so hard. For me it’s a lot of health anxiety and the fear of having another panic attack. Just sucks, but anyway, other than that…the fall aesthetic of this video…lovelovelove. Weirdly excited for fall too. Gilmore Girls ftw.

PMDD sucks!! Thank you for being so open about it. ♥️ Also have the combination of PMDD and endo AND ADHD it’s a rough time. 😮‍💨 But it’s so worth getting to a doctor to have answers and self empowerment, to take control of what’s going on. It’s becoming common knowledge for those with ADHD to have PMDD as well.
