Kayn should have used W first and taken advantage of its range, thus marking zed to use ult. Right after zed ulted, kayn should have done so as well. After he came out, he should have used E into the wall for extra mobility and a little heal, and once again engaged zed using his duskblade and stromrazor to deal a burst of damage with his outo-attack. At thos point, kayn should still have had quite some health thanks to dodging zed's ulty and healing using his E. After this, the match should already have been decided.

kayns r doesnt make you invulnerable it makes you untargetable you can still receive damage from zeds r even if you have ulted someone
