2) Onion -2
3) Green chilly - 5
4) Curry Leaves-
5) turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
6)Chilly Powder - 1 1/ 2
7)Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
8) Salt- To taste
9) Coconut oil

I made this today, thinking it's impossible 😂 Because I hate bitter gourd that much that I haven't had it in years. Today I made it for my parents and it came out really good. It doesn't seem like bittergourd at all , even though I haven't added much onions. I loved it 🥰 Thank you 🙏🏼

Woww 😍 looks so delicious just like how my mom makes it. She adds long cut pieces of coconut also in this which makes it more delicious. But of course coconut is not always available outside India. So i will definitely try this tomorrow ❤ Thank you for the recipe.
