Great cook Kay. I've been watching your videos. But my little advice is that, try and reduce the oil intake as is not too good for health. A lot of oil intake can accumulate on the liver and cause liver problem. You can try some stews without oil and they will taste great. The Lord be with you.

sometimes i think its the camera's shutter speed that makes the oil seem plenty but i really care about my oil intake so i try to use as little as i can. Thank you for caring

I've just learned a new way of cooking my cabbage stew.....I used to boil the cabbage and set it aside and then add it when the stew is halfway cooked....thanks Kay for always sharing your videos with us...👍
