Thankyou, watched an Australian broadhead sharpening video and when the bloke sharpens he doesn't remove the burr, the reason he says is when hunting animals with thick hide or pigs with coarse hair as the broadhead penetrates the hide the skin takes the burr off leaving a razor sharp broadhead which then hits the vitals

Hardened and tempered correctly I would choose S7 over A2, but not by much.
