Lol people will tell you not eating is the worst thing you could do, but I actually lost 20kg doing that. But breaking it up, like not eat for 8 days a month, while going to the gym and eating “ healthy” coz I’m sorry I love my food. But it worked and I have been exercising & keeping the weight off.
