Torchwood Children of Earth was the best. I laughed, I bawled my eyes out, and I will be disturbed for the rest of my life after watching it. But I loved it. Torchwood was a great snow, and thank God for Netflix!

Love this song! Played at one of the key moments in the show ( on Day 4 ). And the rendition of Ianto's Theme in this song is my favorite version of his theme by far.

@LadyLisaaa Torchwood was originally BBC Wales and BBC Canada. The difference now is it has Starz involved (who are infamous for bad realism and over-the-top-bad-graphics) so it's America instead. Both America and UKTV Australia get this show before the UK strangley. Probably because the US has said this is a 'REVAMP OF THE SERIES' even though it's strictly British writers...

This really is an emotional song. It fits so perfectly in the children of earth. I am really looking forward to series 4 to hear Murrey Gold's and Ben Foster's music agian, to hear what new music that have brought to the show.

yeah, when Doctor Who was coming back on TV back in 2005 it's codename was Torchwood so people would be able to leak out the fact that it was coming back

@daleksvscybermen It could still feature, but in a different arrangement. Ben Foster (Torchwoods original composer) made his own arrangements of Murray Gold's work when he worked on Torchwood.

@LadyLisaaa What makes me smile is the amount of people who think that it's Dr Who but not as good...I think the plot, characters, and filming of Torchwood is much better and realistic than Dr Who, whilst maintaining the sci-fi elements. I love it far more than Dr Who, which has really stupid plot lines a lot of the time and is far too cliche. Is Dr Who and/or Torchwood even big in Germany?

Partly because Torchwood is FAR superior...and partly because everyone in the UK just sucks up to Dr Who because it used to be good back in the day and people are too scared to admit it's just a simple childrens show now sadly. Though I must retract that statement for the latest series which is actually *really* good - so I recomend you watch that ^.^

@daleksvscybermen Nope. Murray Gold is back, so the music will be more akin to Dr Who and series 1 of Torchwood than anything else.

2:47 is Captain Jack's Theme, not Doctor Who music.

Well this theme is used at the end of Turn Left, and there is no Captain Jack in that episode. So it's more like a theme form Doctor Who, I guess. By the way, Captain Jack's theme is a completely different theme.
