I like this video. A really good work and surely a very effective dryer. Better than my own posted here on KZbin because the high chimney supports a rapid air flow over the driying material shortening the drying time. You use a transparent skin for the tower. Can you darken it to avoid loss of some vitamis when exposed to light? Many vitamins are sensitive to the effect of UV light and sunlight. The vitamins most affected vitamins are vitamin A, B2 (riboflavin), B6, B12 and folic acid.

It's possible, why shouldn't it? But it must be sure that no insects, particularly flies enter the drying chamber. Maggots could spoil the fish rapidly.
