Nicely done ✅. Perfectly captured the moments. This puts a doubt in my head to do it solo!

Thanks mate.you can do it , there are no issues at all. We came across many riders who were riding alone. The fun of doing it solo is ultimate. I would have done it solo myself had i not been with this wonderul group of friends. The only catch is you start early before the snow starts melting and floods the roads. Though , not many people ply on this route, You will always find local shepards around, who are always wiling to help. All the best for your trip. Safe riding

Seeing the stuck Verna reminds me of the time I went on that route in 2018. There was someone with an i10 who never got stuck anywhere, and the driver even helped us when our Innova got stuck at a water crossing several kilometers ahead.

Superb capture...quite thrilling. I was almost ready to take my Hyundai Tucson from Manali to Chandratal. But after watching your video, I think I should opt for a vehicle with way more ground clearance 😁. I had a question - when did you guys do this trip? Cheers for a wonderful video!

lost storytraveller hi .. thanks for liking my video.. we did this trip in july ‘19. Kaza to manali road is notorious for its water crossings.there are over 50 small/big water streams one has to cross. If you choose a vehicle with good ground clearence, you should be allright. All the best for your upcoming trip. 👍🏻

Heyy.... wonderful video. I was so happpy to see some normal road towards end of your video 😂😂😂😂 as viewer i was feeling relaxed, i cant imagine what you must be feeling 🤪. Thanks for such a great video. I am planning to do this trip (Chandigarh-Shimla-Kaza-Manali-Chandigarh) in sep 2021. Do you know what the weather would be like? And the water crossings, would those b little less in sep? I ride Gixxer 250 which is fairly light weight. Do you think that would be an issue? And also do you think i should carry extra fuel?

Hey .. thanks for stopping by. We did this trip in early july. There were huge walls of snow along the road at that time which made water crossings little difficult. But If you are doing this trip around sep , you should be fine. There is a general rule around spiti or leh, the earlier you start the better. Water crossings are not as ferocious in the morning as they become after midday. And You dont need to carry extra fuel. There is a fuel station in kaza. Good luck for your upcoming trip. Ride safe.
