A rough estimate. 10 years quicker, the vampire eventually dies if it kills a population and thus isn't fed I can't remember how quick he dies but if you're on the money ajd move him the second he s eradicated a country in an optimal path then ye I see it saving time. My run I regularly saved at a new country and was on my phone so if vamp died I'd go last checkpoint. Obviously because I wasn't moving straight away then I wasted a few years waiting!
