And for side scene, you can go by yourself just book a taxi or take public transport. Taxi prices are very nominal in Almaty. Also metro and bus prices are fixed i.e 100 tenge (Rs 17) with which you can travel anywhere in Almaty city.

Hey, i would suggest you to carry a jacket as temperature in the evening would be little cold in Almaty. And if you are planning to visit Shymbulak then jacket is a must as temperature will be a around 0-5 degree.
