Lightning Truncheon is basically what makes magic damage burst for heroes like Gusion,Cecilion and Eudora the fact that it does extra damage according to your mana is broken especially for Cecilion and thats why the first build that Kazuki mentioned is the best for most mages using the "Shotgun" Build. For those who don't know, Combine genius wand and glowing wand, after using one of your skills on an Enemy it'll *automatically* trigger genius wand's passive to max. It's a secret mage peeps don't share, well I decided to do so. Hope it was helpful

i think an item should be aded to the game that reduce slowness efect because there is so much heroes that dont have blink skills cuz relying on flicker or purify or sprint is not good at least make it a passive for some new boots ..... mybe .

I have been giving my sister the wrong items.(She plays mostly mage like Kagura and Harley). 1. I never tell her to buy Blood Wings.I told her to buy the Holy Crystal but I didn't actually know that Blood wings has HP. 2. I didn't know that you will gain 10%of hp when killing someone using Concentrated Energy. So this is like Assasin Emblem with Killing Spree. 3. The heal and anti-heal is very smart cuz you can keep chasing down the enemy while you teammates follows you and kills the enemy. (When I'm using Mathilda) 4. The burst basic attack is good for Aamon and Karina but for Karina just remove the feather of heaven and change it to something else. This is probably long but thanks for the item combination. It helps a lot.

Do note that certain burst heroes such as Pharsa are not very much suited with Genius Wand. Their damage is not sustained per second, which is the main requirement of Genius Wand. Sustained DPS heroes such as Kimmy, Yve, and Valentina are the ones who very much need it since they deal multiple damage in a very short time, compared to Pharsa, who's main damage comes in just 4 or more hits. It's much better to build other items such as Winter Truncheon, Blood Wings, or Immortality on these types of heroes.
