I have a 07 H2. People tell me all the time they love the H2. I know one thing for sure, if they start making them again people will buy them.

I've never stopped wanting an H2 since it came out. I really want one since they stopped making them, and might get one even though it meets none of my practical needs. The H2 clearly has no competition. I still don't understand why people try to compare it to other trucks? I just love how big the exterior looks, and I never get tired of looking at it.

honestly, i used to hate this car, but now i've been wanting one lol. will make for an awesome collector's car in the future when we're all driving hydrogen fuel cell or battery electric cars. but, i also wish that GM held onto this brand. think about it: new GM has a luxury brand that drives better than the germans (specifically the Cadillac ATS and CTS). a corvette with a world-class interior (who ever thought!) i bet that if they were to redesign the hummer h2 for 2014, they would have made it a whole lot lighter and more fuel efficient, with a world-class interior. seriously i bet it could have been a good alternative to the range rover now that GM takes cars seriously. shame.

I have an clean 03' H2 since 09', 2nd owner, white with 77k on the clock.. 3rd row seat and tire on back. The only Con is the turn radius, a 3 point turn is a 5 point turn.. It is sort after, being the condition and 1st year produced, many people ask me if I want to sell it, but it has become a weekend/car show vehicle for me.. Very fast with the 6.0 motor but not as roomy as the 97' - 2002 Expedition, I have one as well, after 02' they seem a bit tight with less headroom, I am 6'6" and swear by the Expedition, I have owned 2, got my first in 2001.

i have a 2005 with 80k miles. i cant keep it on the road bc im constantly working on it. of course most have been typical replacements of parts beyond their life span, but now im getting low oil pressure warnings which isnt good. the engine isnt knocking, no loud valves or lifters, and i even replaced the OSU(oil pressure sensor) nothing. its been one thing after another ugh. i still love the truck but they should have put more reliable motors in them. these ls engines are notorious for oil pressure issues, oil pumps failing, rear main seal leaks, even the hydraboosters failing which control both steering and the brakes. if it fails drop into neutral and pray nothin jumps out in front of you smh

I have a question: We are looking at a 2008 H2 in Europe with about 20T miles on it. We are looking at exclusively as a towing vehicle for a 8000Lbs travel camper trailer about 35' long. We think it's got a wheel base comparable and HP (6.2L engine) similar to a Mercedes GL500, but heavier. How stable are they on the road (American cars tend to be somewhat soft)? We are worried about swaying coming from the trailer. Is it powerful enough to haul it's own weight (6700Lbs empty) and the 8000Lbs of the trailer? Anybody with experiences towing large trailers with an H2?? Thanks!... J-D.

In the early 2000s no one wanted a Gwagon, the Hummer was the truck to have if you where rich. Now thats all changed the Gwagon is popular. But it has not really been luxurious till now with the new redesign. I would love a new electric Hummer with a Gwagon interior. Torque for days.

any large car burns gas these get like at least 10mpg witch is not bad considering most cars with v8s made before 1990 got way worse than that. but the hummer is the best weapon for the rich soccer mom who doesn't need to find the time to use turning signals or looking while changine 4 lanes at 90mph. this idea should have been scrapped from the start. all owners should be imprisoned in a room off exhaust fumes.

what's with american car manufacturers and their aversion to diesel? the hummer h1 had an mpg rating of FUCKING 16MPG!!! That's the mile wide REAL DEAL! its silly that the H2 can only manage 8 MPG... a diesel would make so much more sense for all the right reasons: superior torque (to pull around that massive 3 ton frame) superior reliability and lower ownership costs, far better MPG... GM fails again
